⚠️ Quiet hours are 9 pm - 7 am. If a complaint is filed from the HOA/Neighbor it will result in a $500 fine.
⚠️ If there is any loud excessive music that causes a noise complaint you will be fined $250 due to getting a complaint.
⚠️ Fireworks are NEVER permitted by the HOA. A $1000 fine will be charged if fireworks are lighten off at the home.
⚠️ No parties. We have strict rules against house parties in our home
⚠️ No extra guests without prior approval
⚠️ No Smoking within 25 feet of the property. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the unit.
⚠️ Community Speed Limits: Please be aware that the community strictly enforces posted speed limits. Speeding violations are monitored and result in fines issued by the community association. 🚫 If a speeding violation is recorded during your stay, the associated fine will be passed on to you. We strongly advise all guests to drive slowly and responsibly within the community to avoid penalties.
⚠️ Surfaces may be slippery when icy/wet. Walk, run, drive, and park at your own risk in any area on the property. Salt/Shovels are provided at the home for use throughout your stay. (Winter Season)
⚠️ We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank.
⚠️ Given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects. Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters.
