Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Large clean apartment with a friendly, helpful and responsive host. Out of town so quiet and within lush greenery. View of the hills from the small patio. Kitchen fully stocked of cookware and utensils. Two AC units keeps the rooms at whatever temp you want.
Negative: Note being out of town means driving on some small steep curving roads. Host said water is solar heated but we let it run for a while and did not get hot - hot wet at the beach instead. Also note that while apartment is complete, property still under construction so stairs up to apartment had rail on one side and a drop to concrete on the other
Summary: With hot water it would have been a 9 or better
