The Space:
Warm and inviting, quiet space, tucked in the back of this historic Portland row house. The courtyard garden offers a private place to sit with a cocktail or your morning coffee.
The bedroom is spacious, with a comfortable queen size bed. Plenty of clothing storage and a heating and cooling unit to keep you at the perfect temperature for sleep.
The living space have a twin size pull out love seat. Two rocking chairs and a large flat screen tv.
An eat in kitchen with high top table, and a full bathroom.

Guests have the whole place to themselves, a private garden area, and one parking spot just beyond the garden gates.

Park Row is a historic section of town, some of the oldest row houses in Portland! Beautiful tree lined streets to explore the old architecture of the West End. Steps to Bao Bao for your dumpling cravings! The Art Museum is one block away. The Old Port is about a 5 minute walk. You wont need your car unless you want to head to the beaches. Easy access to the South Portland Bridge, will have you at some of the most beautiful Maine beaches in 10 minutes!
Getting Around:
Portland is a very walkable city. You wont need your car much as the apartment is close to shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. You can park your car and leave it while you explore by foot. There is also Uber and Lyft readily available.

Please note that the apartment is narrow, when the pull out sofa is extended its a tight squeeze to pass through the living space to the bathroom.
