Enjoy stunning island sunsets from the observation deck. Grill and dine on the open-air porch, or unwind in the hammock on the screened porch. Two sets of sliding doors lead to a screened porch and sun deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

The Florida heart pine interior creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. The open floor plan with high ceilings enhances the sense of space and comfort.
To reach the island, you’ll need to make an appointment with the water taxi, rent a boat, or bring your own boat. If bringing your own boat, the house includes access to a community dock, ideal for fishing or enjoying the sunrise over the Boca Grande Causeway.
The dock accommodates one boat per household, with a maximum length of 22 feet.

Summary: We stayed for 10 days at the beautiful Hibiscus House. Amazing views from lower and upper decks. You can see the entire island. Amazing decor and cleanliness. Gift basket with snacks, chocolate, a beach bag and even a toy for our dog. Our favorite house yet!
