Summary: The overall property was nice and exactly what we were looking for to accommodate our large party (35 people). However, we found that several of the things we chose the house for did not work properly. We repeatedly reported the problems to the management group, but we only received an offer to send maintenance at 5:00 p.m. on the last day, and then no one showed up.The house was reasonably clean. However, there were no instructions for many of the features (theater, pool, TV remotes, etc.), many inner doors were not in good condition and did not close or latch properly, and there were not enough extra linens, pillows, and blankets for all of the futons.
