Positive: Location is very convenient, the apartment is spacious and well equipped, the balcony is small but offers a nice view. Beds were great. There is a grocery store on the ground level with everything you might need, open until late. Our host was very nice and helpful.
Negative: Although the apartment was clean, it was only superficially - if you looked closely, under the beds, etc., it required a deeper cleaning. The AC in one room needed a deep cleaning as well, as the smell was not nice. We passed that info to our host - hopefully it was done :)
