This immaculate 3 levels gulf front home with a private heated pool has 4 bedrooms and 4/12 bath comes with 2 bunk rooms and can sleep 15 people.
When you walk in this home, you are greeted by exceptional unobstructed gulf views. The first floor has a large chef’s kitchen, coastal chic décor formal dining-room and a cozy family/living-room with fireplace to gather around. Making your way to the 2nd floor, you have engineered hardwood floors that carry to a twin bunk room, 2 full baths and two gulf side King bedrooms leading out to the second level balcony. On the 3rd floor, you have an additional two gulf side King bedrooms, an additional Queen bunk room, 2 full baths and the 3rd floor balcony to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets. All 4 bedrooms have balcony facing the gulf and the views are endless from all 3 levels. Pictures here are good illustration but doesn’t do justice. There is so much beauty and splendor in this home, there is no question why HGTV wanted to showcase this home in one of the “Beach Hunter” series.

Summary: The location of this property is great. Easy access to the beach and main roads. The property had everything we needed. The only thing we did miss was use of a grill at the home. There is a community grill, however, it was a little bit away so not real convenient, but we made it work. There were some issues with the doors leading to the upstairs balcony and the deck off of the living room that we notified the management company about so I am sure they will be fixed. We could not utilize them. The beach is a private beach right in front of the house with access to those staying at the property, so that was very nice. Overall, a great stay.
