Summary: We enjoyed our week. Property management company was easy to communicate with, answered quickly and helpful. Our room was ready early. we were short on towels upon arriving. They had towels to us in under 30 mins. My only complaint is the bunk room looked much larger in the picture than it actually was in person. No one’s fault. We should have known the size of the room anyway as we have stayed in different rooms at this resort the past 3 years. Definitely recommend.
