Heron 302 has just finished renovations and is back on the market. With brand new flooring, new beachy modern furniture, and a fresh coat of paint, this condo is a dream get away. Direct views of the bay means quiet, peaceful mornings sitting on your balcony, sipping coffee and watching for dolphins. Sleeping 9, this condo has space for the whole family, while also having enough space so you can get some privacy. With one of the most stunning views of the bay, you can relax and count the boats going by! The full kitchen allows you to whip up some home recipes, but don’t worry local cuisine can be found within walking distance! There are tv's in each bedroom and living room. Bedrooms: Master- King bed with large windows and beautiful views of the water. Feel like you are floating on the water right from your bedroom. Large en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. Guest room #1: King bed, large closet Guest room #2: Bunk bed with Full mattress on bottom and twin on top and twin underneath. Perfect for a 3rd couple or for the kids in the family. Things to know about this condo: Wifi included Washer and dryer in condo All linens and bath/ktichen towels provided With DestinWest Condos there are no check-ins needed. We provide the entry info within 7 days prior to your check in date so you are able to access the condo upon arrival (after 4pm). All armbands needed to access amenities of Destin West are in the condo upon arrival. **All reservations require a $49 property damage protection fee which covers up to $1500 in damages. Reservations made online will be billed the $49 automatically. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE DAMAGE INSURANCE THROUGH VRBO AT THE TIME OF BOOKING AS THIS WILL BE A DUPLICATE CHARGE. TRAVEL INSURANCE ALSO OFFERED BY US. PLEASE CONTACT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTED BOOKING FOR PRICING. If you would rather pay a $500 deposit in place of this $49 damage protection plan, please let us know in the notes of your reservation. Refundable deposits are refunded back to the credit card used on the next business day after check out. ***Booking dates must be agreed upon by management company and guests.
