Negative: Advertised as if having a washing machine and dryer in the unit while it is in an outside room for use of all 4 units. Advertised as no children allowed, yet many people with screaming children in adjacent units. Indicates keys to be picked up from another address which is a cafe with a person with no idea of English or Afrikaans. Upon phoning the owner found keys are not there but access is through a code at the door. Owner must pay attention to detail.
Summary: Excellent location but property is a bit neglected e.g. garden, toilet loose, washing machine.
