Positive: Property is gorgeous loved the design and interior design. Top notch quality, very chic.
Negative: We had a very bad problem with ants everywhere downstairs. No sprays out, or were empty. I get that we want to live with nature but there were a lot! I tried to eat there minimally bc I was worried about ants. No hot tub at the at the beach club down the street. Felt kinda safe , there are guards. Nice beach. There was significant flooding throughout the region and our rental had a major flood and did not offer to return some of the money
