This rental does not have air-conditioning; a portable AC unit that lives in the loft and fans in each bedroom provide cooling as needed in summer months.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
The electric grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter months.
