Hemlock House is 1895 farmhouse at Camp David, rustic but modernized - central heat, A/C, new windows, doors, electric, 100 mbps Wifi service, and fully equipped kitchen with gas range. 2 bedrooms, attached full baths. Screened “living porch” with day bed overlooking the pond. Also on pond are a cabin and tiny house (rentals) sited to maximize privacy, shared fishing pond, fire circle, ( canoe, jon boat, kayak use on pond only). Owner lives 1/3 mile away. EV Drivers- 50 amp charging station.
The space
In the mountains and the woods, nature all around, wake to birds chirping, dragonflies on the cattails at water's edge and hear frogs croaking at night. Gorgeous sunsets over water from screened porch. Area of unrivaled bio-diversity. Second highest ozone layer in the World. Great place for forest bathing.
