Friendly Warning - I only list this property on Homeaway, VRBO and affiliated sites as well as with my realtor. I do not offer this property on other sites (such as "Anjees" List) - any listing on them is a scam. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath Condo is located in Ocean City, Maryland on 112th Street in The Rainbow high-rise. The Master Suite features a completely new Master Bathroom (installed March 2018) and has a King bed and ocean front Balcony. There are 2 additional bedrooms and another bath. One of the bedrooms has 2 sets of bunk beds - perfect for kids while the other has a Queen bed. The building has a great pool and sundeck and multiple access points directly to the beach. There is also a sleep sofa in the living room. We also have a fully stocked kitchen with a Kuerig coffee maker. There are 4 televisions with Comcast and Free (but password protected) high speed wireless access. The balcony off the living room gives front row viewing to spectacular Sun & Moon-rises over the Ocean! Whether it is spending the day on the beach, playing golf at one of the many area golf courses, hitting the boardwalk or spending the day at nearby Assateague Island National Seashore (part of the US National Park Service) you are sure to have a Great Day! PLEASE NOTE: Bed Linens and Towels are NOT provided. If you cannot bring your won there are several local rental companies. I recommend EZ Beach Rentals. They have access to the condo during guest changeover and they will leave your bed linens & towels inside the condo front door and pickup at the same spot at the end of your stay. There are too many world class restaurants and bars to list but a "Must Do" is a dinner at Fager's Island at sunset timed perfectly to the 1812 Overture while the sun vanishes into the Assawoman Bay. Then live music and dancing at Seacrets. Hemingway's Hideaway is only available for weekly rentals from June thru August. For the rest of the year the minimum rental period is 3 nights. Depending on availability, we often offer an additional 4th and 5th nights at no charge. For those who rent at least a week in July or August we also offer a free 3 night stay (November thru April, excluding December 20 - January 5th) IMPORTANT - in addition to the costs shown you will be required to send a check for 5% of the Rental amount for Worcester County Room tax prior to your stay. We will contact you after you complete the booking with more details. This rate is new for 2020 - up from 4.5%. FYI - we block the next year June, July & August availability until early October and reserve these weeks for the guests of the current summer rentals. If we find out sooner that the current year guest does not want the same week the following year we will open it as available early. Please let me know if you want to be notified when a week open up.
