Summary: Last minute booking that ended up being just what the doctor ordered. The condo building is beautiful, newer and quiet. The location is amazing. The beds were comfortable. The unit was spacious and modern with just the right amount of seating for the size of the unit. Note that there was a parking space included - that was a bit unclear on the listing. Parking was under the building and through an electronic gate controlled by a code. Appliances were new and in great working order. Communication with host was easy. Had a question about the parking and host answered immediately. Walking distance to all the restaurants and the beach but a block from the craziness - literally perfect. Would stay here again. Only complaint was lack of a few large bowls for mixing and serving, but certainly a first-world problem. LOVED that they had beach towels and chairs for guest use - so lovely. 10/10
