Summary: The condo is clean and welcoming. A few hours prior to check-in I had not received any information. I sent a message and called. They called right back and quickly sent the information, but when traveling from OOT it’s a little unsettling to not have check-in information prior to leaving. The A/C did not cool. They tried one fix but it did not work and, unfortunately, could not come back until after we had left. Thankfully it was not too hot while we were there.
