Positive: Location was great except for the construction going on next to the complex. Third bathroom upstairs was a convenience.
Negative: The baths and kitchen were a bit outdated. Kitchen needed a cutting board, decent prep knives, salt and pepper, scissors, maybe some Saran wrap and aluminum foil. Ice cube trays were not filled so we had no ice the first night. Spider webs in the kitchen window and a harsh chemical smell like a carpet deodorizer on the stairs upon arrival. Tree sap was not appreciated on my car and I noticed it being tracked into the unit's carpet. Didn't like the front door code system because it was hassle to reprogram.
Summary: I didn't think it was worth the rates I was charged.
