Located at the top side of a hill, on the national road from Heraklion to Rethymno, HELIDONI HILL is an elegant, stylish villa with exquisite views to the surrounding hills with olive oil trees, the Cretan sea and the island of Dia. The sunrise in HELIDONI HILL is a real experience somebody can live only if he wakes up there. In a plot of 4000 there are two separate villas, with common entrance in the garden but completely separate terraces, gardens, balconies and facilities.
This property is perfectly positioned for exploring Crete, as it is between Heraklion and Rethymno, and your access to the national road will take you only two minutes.

Pelagia are 10 minutes drive away and you can find everything you need to buy or visit local taverns, special restaurants and cozy beach bars. Heraklio, the capital city of Crete, with some of the most important museums in Greece, the archeological site of KNOSSOS and many other sightseeing of historical and archeological interest as well as the best market and night life, is only 12 km away from the house.

It’s the ideal place if you prefer not to drive around as you can spend the whole day in the various terraces around the house: the shady west terrace in the morning having breakfast and drinking your coffee, the east terrace at noon where you can enjoy your lunch in the outdoor dining table after a refreshing dive in the swimming pool, and the front terrace where you can relax drinking a glass of wine and admiring the view of the Cretan open sea, Heraklio city and Dia island. At a lower ground of the terraces, around the swimming pool area there is a special garden, full of flowers, trees and herbs of the Cretan nature.
The property can accommodate up to seven guests with plenty of space to spread out. The 160m2 villa consists of two floors, four comfortable bedrooms, brand new bathroom with bathtub, a second bathroom on the ground floor and an ethnic style decorated living room with satellite TV and stereo system. On the ground floor there is an ethnic decorated lovely bedroom with a double bed (160cm*200cm), a dining room with big monastery wooden table and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as 4 places electric stove, oven, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, coffee machine, hot water boiler, fruit mixer and filter for drinking water.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms, each enjoys air conditioning and has its own access to a private outdoor terrace or veranda.

We would like to reassure you and inform you about the following:
- our villa is a completely independent building and nobody has access except you. That means that you have no danger from possibly infected people (we visit you just for pool cleaning specific time during your stay). Only guests, cleaners and me gets in that building during the whole year!
- We take standards for hygiene and cleanliness very seriously and are taking additional steps to ensure your safety. Our cleaners will clean the house before your arrival wearing impermeable, disposable gloves and mask. We will air and ventilate the property during and after cleaning. We will clean and disinfect the whole villa after guests depart and before the next guest arrives with special care to high-touch surfaces such as tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, etc
- In the villa you can find dish washer and washing machine, for your everyday use.
- You will find also hand sanitiser, antibacterial hand washes, additional tissues and toilet rolls, antibacterial cleaners for guest use, one use gloves and masks.
