Positive: The location is excellent.
Negative: Going to a lock box to collect the key far from the AirBNB is very inconvenient if you are traveling with luggage. It is a very old, dilapidated building. Nowhere was there a signboard or nameplate of "Heima Wonderful Loft..." There was no written room number, so I had to guess what room was mine. I arrived in the middle of the night in cold winter with a lot of luggage. I could not locate my room, as there was no number, signboard or nameplate to identify the property. I called the staff for help, but nobody picked up the phone. I had to get the help of someone in a bar next door to locate the room and open the door for me. Once you locate and go inside the room, it is very nice, clean and convenient.
Summary: Good location. Nice, clean room. But there should be clearly visible nameplate and room number.
