Situated on a north facing corner block immediately adjacent to the Mermaid Beach Surf Life Saving club parklands with a rooftop pool, spa and sauna overlooking the glistening white sand of Mermaid Beach. This is a residential area and the quiet enjoyment of our neighbours' is of paramount concern. This property is managed by local property management company Asset Management Property Group with offices located within 5 minutes of the property to deliver exceptional service. Our services are expressly prohibited to bucks and hens nights or hosting of private functions. If you are holding an event contact our office as we may have another property that would be more suitable. Perched above the idealic sands of Mermaid Beach watch the waves roll in from the first floor oversized balcony with dining table, outdoor chairs and BBQ. Through large sliding doors retire indoors to the comfortable airconditioned lounge with Foxtel television and high speed internet. A dining table comfortably accommodates your extended family for indoor dining. Fully equipped kitchen including all appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, and glassware. Enjoy home made coffee from the coffee machine, enjoy a midday smoothie with the blender, and wash up in the dishwasher after a meal. The master bedroom features air-conditioning, a king bed and ensuite. Second, third and fourth bedrooms have king splits, able to be set as a king bed or two singles to suit your party. Simply advise your preferred bedding configuration when booking. A second shared bathroom as well as powder room. There is a fully equipped laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Finally the games room comes with a pool table for the family to enjoy during some down time from your outdoor activities. With rooftop facilities including an outdoor pool, spa, and sauna you would be forgiven for not wanting to leave the property as you soak in the sun from the extravagant position overlooking the beach and volleyball court. Basement parking has room for two cars undercover. There is additional parking in the adjacent Mermaid Beach Surf Club parking lot which does not restrict overnight parking. Suite the whole family including grandparents or people with mobility issues with the lift from the basement car park to each level. As a property managed by experienced holiday rental managers we endeavour to ensure your every comfort is attended. From our reasonable room rates based on 8 person occupancy you will enjoy all linen, towels, starter pack of toiletries, mid stay cleaning for stays of 8 days or more available and end of stay cleaning. As knowledgeable locals we can also provide assistance with activites, recommendations for things such as restaurants, even grocery delivery and catering. We strictly prohibit use of the property for Bucks and Hens holidays, schoolies, or similar functions and enforce very strict noise controls over our holiday rentals in keeping with the residential nature of the area. This is strictly NOT a party house and breach of this agreement will mean removal from the property and forfeit of booking costs and security deposit. If the agent reasonably believes the booking to be schoolies the agent has the right to cancel the booking without refund prior to arrival and prevent access to the property.
