The top level of the main house features the living area, dining area, and well equipped kitchen, all with stunning ocean views as the backdrop. In addition, a master bedroom suite, with a king size bed and deck access, and an elevator can be found on this level in the main house. Step out onto the street side deck and through the breezeway to access a private family suite, featuring a bedroom with a king size bed, and an adjoining bedroom with a built in twin bunk over a queen size bed. The private family suite bedrooms share a full bathroom.
Six master bedrooms, five with king size beds and one with three sets of built in bunk beds, a laundry room and foyer/den with a wet bar can be found on the middle level. The middle level rec room, accessible through a breezeway, and lower level of the main house focus on entertainment. A pool table, shuffleboard, arcade game and a theatre room in the mid-level rec room provide hours of entertainment. A kitchenette keeps snacks and drinks nearby.
