This is a recently renovated high-end modern farmhouse updated to perfection with an open concept, a theater room to relax and enjoy a movie after a long day of swimming in the heated pool and putting on the green. This home is perfect for families or groups & ideal for intimate business trips & meetings. Vaulted ceilings, double masters with private bathrooms. Total of 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a cozy game room with oversize couch, dart board and foosball table. The 4 spacious bedrooms will comfortably sleep 8 guests in traditional bed spaces but the property is spacious enough to sleep 4 additional guests via use of the theater or game room – air mattresses recommended. The theater room has a large screen and projector, 3 reclining loungers and 2 oversized bean bag seats. The house has a dining room with a table that can easily seat 8, with 4 bar stools at the bar. The grand kitchen with gas stainless steel appliances will make dinner hosting an adventure. The open living room opens up to a patio perfect for gathering. The backyard is loaded with fun in the pool that can be heated in the winter and a putting green. Amenities include streaming cable TV, internet, a stocked kitchen, and many other luxuries and comforts of home.
Conveniently located between highways north of 635 and between 75 and the Dallas North Tollway. The home is approx 13 miles from downtown, 14 miles from Deep Ellum & 16 miles from the highly desired Bishop Arts District. We are also only 3.9 miles from the Galleria Mall.
