With a gorgeous architectural design and a large driveway, explore the bright and cheery family room. There is comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Modern furnishings in neutral tones blend seamlessly with the backdrop of the pool and water views you see through the wall of sliders. Comfortable sofa bed (queen size) adds to the soothing atmosphere. You can snuggle together to watch a show or stretch out with a book in the living room. The formal dining room has a table for 6. The kitchen and dining flow into the great room, providing an open yet comfortable living area. The kitchen is the heart of this home and boasts appliances - dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and an island with 2 bar stools… perfect to enjoy your Sunday brunch! Adjoining the kitchen is a dining table overlooking the lanai & pool area.
The primary suite is a relaxing space, with a king bed, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, a walk-in closet, and has a direct access to the patio/pool area. The en-suite bathroom is complete with two separate sink vanities, a custom walk-around shower, rain shower heads and a private enclosed toilet area. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are on the opposite side of this home, giving guests a wing of their own. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a full-size bed, a flat-screen smart TV, ceiling fan and a walk-in closet. Guest bathroom features a vanity, and a shower-over-the-tub combination and an access to the lanai/pool area. All bathrooms have hair dryers. The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, and a utility sink. This home has Wi-Fi.
On the lanai, you will find an outdoor eating area where you can enjoy a meal, a glass of wine, or a game of cards. On the pool deck, you have access to a lounging area, with lovely views of the water. There is also a standalone gas and charcoal grill. Imagine yourself relaxing on the spacious covered deck, absorbing the breathtaking beauty that surrounds you.
We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Please note that an extra charge will be claimed for each remote loss.

• Please dial 911 first in case of an emergency, then call us.

• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if charcoal is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to purchase it if they need more.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• For safety and economical reasons, Pool will be set to a maximum of 80 degrees. **November to March, during Winter Coldest Days, Heater may not be able to reach this temperature. Refund will not be issued**
• Pool: Persons less than 14 years of age must always have adult supervision.
• Pool care: Scheduled once a week. They will enter from the backyard door. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 14 days or more.
*Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $140.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 28 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
*Right of Access: Guest understands, acknowledges and agrees upon confirming their booking that the manager/technician of the property will access (with or without your presence) the property for purpose of inspection, any maintenance requests from guests or other circumstance when deemed necessary with reasonable notification by one/all or any text, message, call, through booking platform to the guest for purposes of ensuring the safety and security of the property.
