Positive: The resort is located in a really nice area of Siesta Key. It is not too far from Turtle Beach and right on a lagoon for easy access to kayak
Negative: The resort has ten cottages and only two are renovated and available for guests. I think the website should show photos of the current state of the property so guests can make a choice based upon the state of the resort. Or perhaps send an email to guests before arrival with photos detailing the state of the property
