Positive: Spacious house. Nice backyard with pool and hot tub. Nice neighborhood for walking and running. Close to restaurants, shops, movie theaters and other activities.
Negative: The outside of the refrigerator was covered with finger and hand prints, and sticky and/or greasy in places. It looked like it had not been cleaned in months. There were other spots in the kitchen and bathrooms that needed a little TLC.
