Amazing, brand new,unique,aesthetic design, modern Craftsman House-3BR/2Full BA, 1200FT of main house in the heart of downtown San Jose; Private front yard parking and plenty free street parking. Great easy access to museums, SAP, San Jose Convention Center, Rose Garden, SJC airport(10mins), and major hi-tech companies(eBay, Adobe, Netfix, Intel, Samsung, Apple, SJSU). Close distance to everything, restaurants, shops, markets, library and City Hall.
As the owners of the house, we are very serious about the quality and management of each reservation. We strike to provide the best vacation house experience. Fresh and cleaned bed linens are provided for each check-in. All used bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases are washed and disinfected every time when guests check out. We got most of our bedding sheets and duvet covers from well known brand names such as Calvin Klein & DKNY to provide best and most comfortable and high quality material for our guests. You would feel the house just like your own home and have your own privacy.
Our unit is in a stylish, contemporary Craftsman brand new remodeling home,beautifully maintained with new furnishings and appliances. The front house was built in 1906 with a great sturdy mahogany wood and rear house was built in 1979. It is such a gorgeous architectural and historic house! You'll have the whole front unit (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) which is separate from a secondary rental unit at the back with a separate and independent entry. You can eat at the large contemporary fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen has an electrical range, beautiful quartz counter top with stylish decor art tiles of kitchen backsplash. A living room with an electrical fireplace and a 55 inches 4K brand new TV. You definitely would feel the house is just like your own home with your own privacy.
Central downtown San Jose is a perfect place to stay for travelers when visiting the Bay Area, because of its convenience. There are four major highways leading to different surrounding cities. Many major companies are nearby. Top rated or recommended restaurants are just 5 minutes by car. Gym, SAP center, convention center, museums, city hall and shopping center are only a few minutes car-ride away as well.

Summary: Comfortable home and easy to get to/from the airport. Appreciated the little extras (e.g. soap and shampoo dispensers, laundry detergent, etc). Getting into the parking spot was somewhat tricky, and street parking was hard to find, but I think it was just an unusally busy weekend when we were there. Check-in/out was super easy.
