Feel welcomed and at home in this newly renovated, modern, and cozy townhouse in the heart of West Passyunk - just far enough away from nightlife to have a quiet and peaceful night.
As you walk through the custom-colored, blue door, you will be greeted by the light and bright open-concept living area. The living room is complete with a large couch, an accent chair, a 55 flat-screen Smart TV with a wireless bluetooth sound bar and surround sound speakers, and a marbled accent wall.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a water-dispensing and ice-making fridge. Through the kitchen, you will find a fully fenced-in patio perfect for entertaining. Just off the kitchen is the completely brand-new half bath. The dining room table has seating for 4, and the kitchen peninsula offers counter seating for 2.
Down the steps off of the kitchen, you will find a fully finished basement. The basement comes fully furnished with a table and 4 chairs, a large L-shaped couch, a 55-inch smart TV, and a wireless sound bar and subwoofer. Please note, I am about 6-foot-1 and I can just about stand in the basement. Please be mindful of this.
On the second floor, you will find the completely modernized bathroom, which features a double sink vanity. This bathroom also features a stand-up, tiled shower with two, 4-jet, LED, rainfall/waterfall shower tower systems.
The first bedroom includes 1 twin bed. The second, larger bedroom includes a queen bed and a 32 flat-screen Smart TV. There is also a full-size, 12-inch thick, self-inflatable air mattress that can be set up anywhere in the home.
We provide essentials like towels, extra linens and pillows, a Keurig with K-Cup pods, smart TVs in the master bedroom, basement, and living area, plates, utensils, pots and pans, mugs, wine and margarita glasses, a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and more! There is also a washer and dryer for your use in the basement with complimentary detergent pods.
