Newly updated in 2021 and located directly on Scenic Hwy 30A. Your condo home, Emerald Lookout, is a straight shot to the beach, through Gulf Place's private access, just 80 steps from the sugar-white sand and beautiful emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico. Emerald Lookout is located on the 2d floor, above Sunrise Coffee, in the heart of Gulf Place. The resort community has 3 pools and hot tubs, a tennis court, and numerous dining and entertainment options just steps away.
The space
Emerald Lookout 30A Gulf Place includes: sleek beachy interior with 10’ ceilings , stainless steel full kitchen including a counter depth fridge, full-size oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. The large balcony catches views of the water and the gorgeous sunset. Along with complimentary highspeed WiFi, your beach retreat also includes: a queen sleeper sofa, a smart TV in the main living area. The bedroom overlooks the living area, and includes a comfortable queen size bed and large wardrobe. The bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, standalone shower, and a dual vanity. A washer and dryer is located a few steps away in the common area.

***Cancelation Policy***
Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

Summary: I loved my vacation in this condo! The location was perfect for grabbing my morning coffee from Sunrise Coffee and then heading out to the beach for a walk. The condo had lots of towels and bedding as well as everything we needed for the kitchen. It was perfect for me and my son who slept on the sofa bed which he said was comfortable. This was a great place to stay. we love Santa Rosa and we will be back and hopefully stay in this condo again.
