Summary: Loved the location. Petoskey has a fantastic downtown! The apartment was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Easy check-in. A few drawbacks, those bunk beds are not comfy for adults! I choose the couch instead. Overall the apartment was clean, but the carpet is definitely in need of replacement or a good cleaning.
