What makes this home extra special is its desirable location. This townhouse is a short distance walk to the beach access, the Blue Mountain Creamery, Red Fish Taco, and Blue Mountain Bakery! Rent bikes from Big Daddy's Bike Shop nearby! Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside.
As you go up the steps and enter this charming beach home, you will instantly fall in love when you open the door. The first floor has a relaxing living space with a smart, flat screen TV and sleeper sofa. Open the sliding doors and watch your children splash and play in the community pool while lounging on the balcony outside with friends and family! The kitchen has a beautiful deep-sea blue back splash, gorgeous countertops and is equipped with everything you need! There is also a full bathroom on the first floor as well.
As you go up the stairs, you will find the two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. The first bedroom has a plush queen bed with 1 bunk bed ( 2 twins) and a convenient sink. This bedroom also has a smart TV. There are two TV's in the unit, both have streaming apps and service. Don't forget to rest and unwind on the private balcony that has views of the community pool!
The second bedroom has a king bed and private balcony. (this bedroom does not have a TV)
