TRASH DISPOSAL:
Please dispose the trash daily in the plastic bench or dumpster to keep a clean home.
ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
-Cost: $35 per day.
-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
-Must be requested 48h in advance.
-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.
Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Summary: Advertised 11min from Disney, but it’s 30 minutes which is misleading. The drive is not bad & we did not hit traffic. Upon booking, I received an email saying keep an open mind as it may be run down which made me uncomfortable. Maybe advise upfront? House was nice, couches were worn but comfy. It got to 100 many days of our stay, but we had a box fan upstairs & permission to turn our AC to 70 so kids were comfortable. Previous review mentioned welcome kit, but all we received was 1 roll of paper towels, a sponge & a dishwashing tablet. Had to buy tp, there was only two rolls provided. Clubhouse is right across the street, very nice & clean. Our private pool was dirty. 1000’s of bugs & brown sludge so we wouldn’t use it. I asked them to clean it & were told someone came on day 1, it looked like only the leaves were removed as there were still 1000’s of bugs. I asked 2 more times for the pool to be cleaned & no one showed up, on 3rd night my husband spent 2 hours cleaning & skimming so we could use it. When I complained about this to vrbo/Expedia I was given a small refund that I had to fight for. The property refused to reimburse us for the days we could not swim or the time spent cleaning. We found two cockroaches in kitchen, pest control was sent out. Dusty in areas & floors were not cleaned. Old cookies on floor in living room, housekeeping never showed up to fix this. Wasn’t a huge deal, but still a bit gross considering we’re charged cleaning fees…
