Positive: The apartment was clean inside and the bed was comfortable. The proximity was a plus, although...
Negative: The entrance to the building is definitely not acceptable. The glass door had cracks from having objects thrown at it. The apartment being in a dark basement was unpleasant and unexpected. The location next to the train station is a positive, but also a negative given the crowd of people playing music and smoking marijuana near the building in the afternoon and evenings.
