Property has open fields to the front and a small river to the rear. Great for the kids during those warm summer days. Nearest shops (ASDA) are only an 8 minute drive away in the small seaside town of Girvan. With world class golfing a mere 15 minute drive away at the world famous Trump Hotel. The property itself is a spotless impressive property with loads of space for up to 8 people. With ample off street parking for up to 6 vehicles. The property benefits from a high level of spec from the tiled bathrooms to the oak used throughout on the floor doors and skirtings. Perfect for any pets coming in from a wet day. The living room is a double height feature with a dual fuel fire taking centre stage in the centre of the wall. Great for those cosy nights cuddled up to a loved one. The kitchen is a great sized double height room with enough space to sit 8 to 10 people down for dinner with beautiful full length Windows overlooking the river. Both living room and kitchen dining area have doors opening out onto 60 square metres of decking which is a great family area to spend either relaxing reading the paper over brunch on a Sunday or even a great area for a family barbecue. All rooms are freshly decorated. 2 larger rooms have the benefit of having their own ensuite, with the lower one able to accommodate wheelchair access. All rooms have ample storage space. Each room has its own built in wardrobe space and each bedroom having more storage in the form of bedside cabinets and 3 rooms having large sets of oak drawers. All rooms have quality oak furniture. This is a great house either for the family to escape to the country for a few days with plenty of areas to explore and enjoy. Maybe even fish in the Loch just above the house. Or maybe a getaway for the girls to come down and have a wee pamper day and a few bottles of wine. Or maybe just a couple looking to get a romantic little hideaway from the city for the weekend. There is nothing more romantic looking out the full length Windows to the river whilst enjoying the wood stoked fire. You will not be disappointed!!
