Royal Kahana 1010 is a highly desirable oceanfront corner unit recently refreshed with new furniture and decor. This unit is a two-bedroom, two and half-bath oceanfront corner wrap-around lanai unit located only a stone's throw from the ocean. The 40-foot wrap-around lanai provides sweeping panoramic views south to the Kaanapali Beach Resort and north to Kapalua, with fabulous golf courses and restaurants. We supply binoculars so you can enjoy the whale season. The neighboring islands of Lanai and Molokai are only miles across the channel and add a dynamic dimension to the beautiful scenery. You fall asleep and walk up daily to the sound of the ocean outside your window. The 10th-floor condo is ideally situated on the quiet side of the building.
Two separate bedroom suites provide quiet privacy for a family or two couples, and for larger groups, the queen-size sleeper sofa allows this condo to sleep comfortably for up to six guests. The master suite features a King Sealy Posturepedic mattress, a flat-screen tv, and a separate sliding door to the lanai - perfect for those wishing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves rolling in. Depending on your needs, the guest bedroom two XL twins that convert into a King. Each en suite bathroom and the powder room adjacent to the foyer provide a perfect solution for guests staying in the living room - a place for their items. A hairdryer is provided in each bathroom for your convenience.
The condo has two new central air conditioning units installed for zoned cooling in the bedrooms and main living areas. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with everything one would need for cooking, plus table service for 6, a regular coffee maker and a French press, blender, toaster, and ice maker in the refrigerator. The spacious living area is furnished with new furniture, a 75" flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi.
The Royal Kahana Resort is the perfect setting for a beautiful, relaxing vacation. Its heated pool has many palapas for shade on the sundeck, four gas BBQs, beautifully landscaped grounds, ping pong tables, shuffleboard, and a fully equipped fitness center. A full-service activity center with highly experienced personnel is conveniently located in the lobby to assist with planning and booking your vacation excursions on Maui and the neighboring islands.
Beach information:
Don't forget to check out the daily beach access status, as the seasonal ocean current changes can affect the size and appearance of the beach directly in front of the resort. During the fall and winter, it's not uncommon that these currents sweep away a large amount of sand that gradually returns in spring & summer, based on the ocean’s current activity and our island weather pattern. This circumstance affects our guests' accessibility to the beach. When the resort access is closed, public beach access is within 5 minutes walking distance.
*Please note that a resort-wide spalling repair is underway, but rest assured that rates have been discounted to reflect this impact.
