Positive: Modern and clean apartment in a quiet holiday village. Beautiful view over the sea from the kitchen and living room. Strong Wifi connection. Keys are made available from a key box. Single linen kits (2 shower towels, 1 set of pillow cover and linen, 1 kitchen towel) are available for rent from Novasol. Their agency is located 10-15 minutes driving from the apartment.
Negative: Rather basic equipment. No shower curtain in the bathroom. Even being careful, the floor by the shower and the bathroom was permanently wet. No accessories available to dry the floor. Kitchenware not adapted for 6 persons…not even for two: we only had 2 forks!! Despite reaching out to several staff members at Novasol, we left the apartment after the 6th day and there were still only 2 forks in the apartment. 2 small pans and a 10cm frying pan (!!!). Good luck for cooking if you are more than 2! Functions and temperatures were printed directly on the oven knobs. They are now gone. Using the oven is therefore a guess game! Even if basic level of cleaning was achieved, more attention to details would be appreciated. We found a hard dried and completely mouldy coffee filter in the coffee machine. The surrounding plastic coffee filter was also completely mouldy. It must have been there for at least several weeks. Between the water marks, wipes marks, dust and spider webs, windows deserve a good spring cleaning.
