Positive: You are right on the beach, mere steps to the water. Large, comfortable bedrooms. Two decent sized decks, with comfortable chairs to enjoy a great view of the Gulf.
Negative: I read a review that stated that there was no propane grill as is in one of the pictures. For this reason, I emailed the rental company asking if there was a propane grill. They replied quickly advising that there was. Had there not been, I would have brought my own. When I arrived, I discovered that there was not a propane grill, instead, there is a rusted out old beach grill. I reached back out to the rental company, their response was that they were going by what was pictured. They advised that they reached out to the owner who said that they didn't think anyone would miss it. This of course did not resolve the issue, and nor did they offer to resolve it. The house is right next to a public access point, although it was nice having open space on one side of the house, it gets VERY crowded with people which spills over to the beach in front of the house.
Summary: Overall, a decent choice for the area.
