Summary: Be cautious that the pictures do not match the listing and the description is subject to change without warning after you book. The listing included 4 queen beds and said that it slept 8 people when I booked for our group. Less than 2 weeks before our stay I looked at the listing and it had changed to only sleep 6 people with one queen bed, a full bed, a double bed and a twin bed. I immediately brought this to the attention of the host and he insisted that it wasn't updated and he would not provide a partial refund. He instead said that he could provide three air mattresses and that should work for the price that we paid. I was very dissapointed in the hosts response and VRBOs customer service. They refused to provide a refund unless we had a screenshot of the original listing. One would think that they could easily look back at this. Otherwise the host was accomodating allowing us to check in early and check out late. The property was also beautiful with a great pool. However I would note that the drive to duval is closer to 20 minutes and be careful of the wooden boards on the decks as we nearly fell through the back deck on the last day due to a bad board.
