The Space:
The sprawling landscape and well appointed backyard with private pool and outdoor Chef's kitchen welcomes groups to enjoy the outdoors and the beautiful Arizona sun!
The main house boasts 4 bedrooms and a nicely appointed kitchen, the open floor plan is an entertainer's dream. The indoor dining room seats 12 people comfortable, as well as seating for 15 people in the outdoor kitchen area.
The master bedroom is ensuite with king sized bed, and outstanding spa shower, with dual shower heads, including a rainfall, and steam shower. The Master suite also has a well designed walk in closet. The other bedrooms have a number of versatile bed sizes to accommodate all types of travelers...from a room with a King, to two Queens, to Two Twin xls. A Hallway full bathroom shower/tub is accessible to all bedrooms.
The huge double lot affords a very unique design which includes two casitas with their own access to the backyard and pool area, and private entrances if need be.
Casita #1 has a fully stocked kitchen and small dining area. There are two bedrooms and a hallway bath accessible to all. The main area has two Twin xls, and a Twin daybed, w/Twin trundle. In addition, there is a private bedroom with a King sized bed and walk in closet.
Casita #2 consists of two bedrooms...think more bunk rooms without the bunk beds! There are Queen and a Full bedsin one bedroom with access to a full bathroom. In addition there are Two Queens, and a Twin daybed. w/Twin pull-out bed. Please note, this bunk room will need to pass through the other bedroom in order to access the bathroom, or go through the private entrance and enter the bathroom via the converted RV garage/Chill zone.
Additionally, there is a major chill zone in the HUGE air conditioned converted RV garage...furnished with couches, ottoman, coffee table, and ping pong...more games to follow as this space continues to be transformed for the ultimate hang!
Lastly, there is a large RV garage and TONS of off-street parking, including plenty of space for large RVs, boats on trailers, and all of your vehicles and toys.

Just 2-3 miles to the main street where most restaurants, shops, and bars are, 4 miles to the London Bridge, and 4-5 miles or so to places to launch your boat, rent a boat, or enjoy the waterfront!
