Positive: The location is great. We were able to walk to catch the Hop On Hop Off bus. This allowed us to see all of the major sites. The restaurant just outside the boutique hotel has great food and the wait staff was very friendly.
Negative: I wish I had known at the time I made the reservation that there were 57 steps to get to the room. We were in London for a few days prior to a 12 day cruise, therefore, we had 4 pieces of luggage. It was difficult getting the luggage to the 3rd floor.
Summary: We enjoyed the hotel location!!
