Positive: Location, back deck wildlife, clean and tidy. Owner very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay there again; great place!
Negative: A few things were broken upon arrival: glass in oven disconnected from door, seal of oven hanging loose, freezer drawer handle broken, television remote dysfunctional. The listing is misleading stating that it is a one bedroom. That typically indicates that there is a separate bedroom and living space in most listings, so finding it as a studio room was disappointing.
