Positive: If you are looking for a quiet place with good access to the center this is the perfect location! You can easily walk to town, there are shopping centers near if you need anything. The flat had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and dishwasher, comfortable bed. You can drink your morning coffee sitting in the garden under the apple tree and looking at the slopes of the famous Streif. The hosts are wonderful people always offering help if you need anything. If we ever will think about coming back to Kitzbuhel, this will be our first choice accommodation!
