Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich in Ofterdingen bei Mössingen, im Landkreis Tübingen, eingebettet ins wunderschöne Steinlachtal und ist umgeben von herrlichen Streuobstwiesen und den Gemeinden Nehren, Bodelshausen sowie Dußlingen. Wir befinden uns in einem 2 Familienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Schwäbische Alb. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist ideal. Von hier aus sind neben den kurzen Wegen in die Ballungsräume Stuttgart, Reutlingen/ Tübingen und Balingen auch wunderschöne Touren quer durch die Schönheiten der schwäbischen Landschaft möglich. In nähester Umgebung finden Sie z.B. die Burg Hohenzollern, eine Festung aus dem 19. Jh. mit prachtvollen Räumen und herrlicher Aussicht, die Universitätsstadt Tübingen mit malerischer Altstadt und Neckarfront, Platanenallee, Stiftskirche, Pfalzgrafenschloß Hohentübingen, historischem Markplatz und Rathaus aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, das Felsenstädtchen Haigerloch mit Schloss und Schlosskirche sowie direkt darunter das berühmte Atomkeller-Museum. Aber es gibt noch viel mehr zu Entdecken, zum Beispiel finden Kinder die bei uns zu Gast sind unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft einen großen Spielplatz mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten, selbst für ein Fußballmatch ist hier alles vorhanden. Für die größeren Kinder gibt es hier ebenfalls eine Bocciabahn.
DIE FERIENWOHNUNG lässt an Bequemlichkeit und Komfort nichts vermissen. Neben einer komplett ausgestatteten Einbauküche mit allem Zubehör, wie zum Beispiel Ceran - Herd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, ja selbst ein elektrischer Wasserkocher ist vorhanden, gibt es auch im Wohnbereich jede Menge Extras. Neben einem Schreibtisch gibt es einen großen Fernseher, eine Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und auch noch eine große Anzahl Bücher, die man in einer ruhigen Stunde lesen kann. Wem das noch nicht genug ist, der kann sich auf dem eigenen, geräumigen Balkon die Sonne ins Gesicht scheinen lassen. Der Schlafbereich ist unterteilt in 3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, 2 Doppel- und ein Einzelzimmer die jeweils über Betten mit Qualitätmatratzen verfügen. So stehen Ihnen hier bis zu 5 getrennte Einzelbetten zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch können wir Ihnen in begrenztem Umfang noch eine weitere Aufbettungen anbieten, so das die Ferienwohnung auch als Unterkunft für eine kleinere Gruppe hervorragend geeignet ist. Die ca. 100 m² große Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Ihnen den Aufenthalt bei uns so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet, es wird Ihnen bestimmt gefallen.
