Es ist in modernem Design edel ausgestattet. 5 Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich der nächste Lebensmittelmarkt, in 7 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum bzw. den See.
Das knapp 80m² große ebenerdige Haus bietet Platz für 4 Personen .

Der großzügige Wohnraum mit großen Fensterfronten/Schiebeelementen ist sehr hell und modern und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in den Garten und auf die teils überdachte Terrasse. Die Küche ist modern und hell, mit Blick auf die herrliche Natur beim Kochen. Es gibt einen separaten Abstellraum wo sich eine Waschmaschine und ein weiterer Kühlschrank befinden. Über den Vorraum mit Garderobe erreicht man die beiden Schlafzimmer, den Wohnraum, die 2 Bäder mit Dusche (ein Bad mit WC) und das separate WC.
