Positive: The aluminum roll down shutters do help cut down on the noise.
Negative: The information about the password for the internet was not clear. It had dashes in in on one card and blanks on another card. The password had neither, and it was all numeric, which is unusual. The place as overheated at 23.5C, but drops to 15 at night. There were 2 beds in the living room and you can feel the springs on both of them. There is a separate bedroom but it was not heated and neither was the bathroom unless you left the door open to get heat from the living room. Neighbors upstairs are loud when they get up for work. Street light will keep you up all night unless you close the roll down shutters. Bus stop was right infront of the building too. Shower is small and hard to move around to wash yourself in, but the water is nice and hot. It is about 10 km from Heilbad Heiligenstadt.
Summary: It's in a beautiful stockwork building, and the owner is obviously trying to renovate.
