Haus Gerlinde is a cozy chalet at 1700 m altitude, with a great view and a wonderful sun position, in the Silberleiten district, on the Gerlosplatte in Hochkrimml. Perfect for winter sports but also ideal in the summer if you love the beautiful unspoilt nature!
It is located between two ski lifts. Haus Gerlinde has a typical Austrian appearance, with a cozy interior in a warm color scheme. There are three bedrooms, two with a balcony. One bedroom has a double bed and a double bunk bed and two bedrooms have a double bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Separate toilet. Spacious hall with large wardrobe. Washer and dryer. Storage annex ski room. Sofa bed in the living room. Fully equipped open kitchen, fully equipped (including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, separate freezer, sandwich maker, toaster). Spacious Austrian dining area.
From the living room you enter the terrace. Due to the altitude and the wide valley, the sun sets relatively late! Enjoy your apres ski!

Summary: Gerlinde was a very well equiped house . Cosy sitting room with a stove. The kitchen stuff was super. Not far from the lifts. Only with little kids you need the car to go yo the skiclasses in Filstein. Others can walk to the 6 Bubble lift and ski directly to the house. In the ski room was no heating for the shoes and the house is better for 8 persons than for 10.
