Sea Breeze Blue is an ocean side home that has everything you need for a sun-filled vacation. Enjoy a smooth move-in with covered parking and a dry entry under the house. With a Friday turn day, miss the beach crowds on check-in and check-out days. With five community beach access paths, you are a short distance to our beautiful National Seashore.
Relax in the private, solar heated pool open the first of April thru mid October and the seven person hot tub open year round. You can enjoy watching the ocean waves from the sun deck or see the sound side surf from the kitchen window.
Sea Breeze Blue has a reverse floor plan to allow you to take in the many views from the open living, dining and kitchen area on the second level. Watch a family movie on the new flat screen TV with DVD player and surround sound or snuggle up in front of the gas fireplace on cool spring or autumn nights. In warmer weather, sip a glass of sweet tea on the screened porch while listening to the ocean waves. Watch the sunrise over the ocean from the sundeck.
This level also has a queen master suite, the perfect place to wake up and start each exciting day of your vacation. On the first level, you will find the second queen master bedroom with a Jacuzzi tub along with the other two bedrooms. The bunk bed room has a single over double bunk bed and the trundle room has two single beds.
The private pool is fun for everyone. Whether soaking up some sun on the pool deck or splashing in the refreshing water, you're in for a good time. For lunch, cook up your fresh catch on the charcoal grill and eat around the picnic table.
DVD's, books and board games will help you kick back and relax any way you please. Guest storage on the ground level has yard games, beach gear and some pool toys. Summary: Unfortunately our visit collided, literally, with Tropical Storm Ophelia. Our arrival on 9/22 was definitely exhilarating. On that note, if any heavy rain is forecast for your stay bring rain boots. The street the property is on was covered with ankle deep water; we had to slog through water any time we went to the beach or for pleasure walking or biking. It slowly receded, and by the last day of our week we could step across it. *The house is lovely, easy walk to beach. *Pool and hot tub are great. *Gas eyes on range didn’t want to light *our whole crew agreed that the living area couches, all seating really, was not comfortable at all, sounds petty, but when it’s rainy we stayed in to watch movies, and no one was comfortable. *Warning: In the Master Suite bathroom on 3rd floor, the cold hot water faucet is backward, in that hot comes on first. *Living in that area there are bound to be bugs, I understand that, but as we packed our clothes from the master closet a roach was on our beach towels we had folded up on the shelf. That turned into checking every article of clothing to be sure we didn’t have a hitchhiker. All in all it’s a nice enough place but there is room for minor improvements.
