Summary: Very nice for a motel. We did have a room on second floor which I believe are an upgrade from other rooms. Room was clean and renovated. Very functional room. Modern bathroom. Not much place to store clothes. Otherwise very good. It was quiet. Staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful and always watching for parking lot trespassers as there are not a lot of parking spots. Excellently located in the heart of the action on the lakefront. Good wall unit AC. Good Wifi and big tv.
