Positive: Beautiful views, spacious enough for the family. Nice area. Comfortable and pleasant. Kids had a wonderful time. Beach right there.
Negative: The apartment felt like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a while. Spiderwebs and dust. Also purchased linen, and although the bed quilts were on, I had to strip beds to put the sheets on myself. Found cigarettes in the apartment. Luckily I found them before my young child did.
