Stunning North facing apartment within 50 meters of Harbourtown Shopping Centre. Close to the beach, Broadwater, Gold Coast Highway and M1. May sleep up to 8 persons. Conveniently located within 5 minutes drive to 4 major theme parks, Dreamworld, Movieworld, Wet n Wild and Seaworld. Walking distance to the best shopping centre on the Gold Coast, Harbourtown, with 12 cinemas and 20 cafes and eateries. Just 5 minutes from Runaway Bay Shopping Center and Helensvale Westfield, the great cafes and eateries at Paradise Point, Hope Island and Helensvale. Only 10 minutes drive from great golfing at Sanctuary Cove, Hope Island etc. The apartment overlooks a large park precinct in a quiet cul-de-sac, so there is little passing traffic. Entry is easy via a secure fob system. Open the two huge banks of sliding doors in the lounge/dining room, and the master bedroom on the 5th floor balcony, overlooking the pool/bbq area, and the parkland and waterways. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, double fridge and stone bench tops. The dining table seats 8 persons. Huge smart TV in lounge with DVD player. 3 bedrooms, Master with walk-in robes and en-suite. Both other bedrooms have a Queen bed, double mirrored wardrobe, with a single foldaway bed in each, and their own bathroom with shower and bath. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans and entire apartment has a split cycle air-conditioning/heating system. Bedding : 3 Queen Beds + 2 Rollaway Beds Wifi - Internet is available in the building at a minimal fee. You may connect immediately to the high speed internet service. Undercover lock up parking is ideal for a medium size car. Additional parking is available on the street. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tanya's place in Biggera Waters was very nice. A brand new unit furnished with modern decor which we all found to be a home away from home. Located in a very nice quiet area but also central to everything, literally down the road from Harbour Town (which has the best bargains! If you're into shopping we highly recommend you go there), minutes away from the theme parks and the best beaches. Tanya was an excellent host, very communicative and friendly. Would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises.
