Positive: Close to beach, quiet area, close to beach area businesses, not too high.
Negative: The only negative comments were about the sofa being kind of worn, sunken in the middle and the sliding door was very difficult to open/close but is adjustable I think with a Phillips screwdriver. Similar to our door at home.
Summary: The granddaughters loved the beach, I did some beach but also tried to relax.
